The power of the coaching process.

Coaching is tailored to your individual needs. A good coach assumes that each person is unique and only you are the expert about you.
Focus on solutions and strategies
Coaching engages you in self-exploration, self-discovery and self-determination by listening, asking questions and sometimes challenging you. A Coach elicits solutions and strategies and often there will be genuine discoveries and surprises in how you think and shape your world.
You will deepen your learning, enhance your aware of your own resources and strengthen your motivation to achieve your goals; and in essence you will learn to coach yourself.
Timeframe and structure
The coaching process is an incremental process and it takes place over a series of months, either in person or via the telephone. Coaching over the phone enables clients who are unable to travel or ill to be coached from the comfort of their own home.
In the initial session, we will explore your expectations about coaching and what you want to achieve. It will also give us an opportunity to get to know one another and determine if coaching is right for you and whether we are a good “fit” together.
Subsequent sessions are weekly, typically half-hour to one-hour in length. I expect a three month commitment from a new client, and 3 to 6 months may be effective to deliver the results you want. We both must be prepared to devote the time and energy to build a mutual bond in order for you to derive any benefits from the coaching alliance.
