“Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives.”

William James

Why use a coach?

Coaching helps you to identify your beliefs about what is important to you, what you value and what you want in life. A good coach listens and through powerful questions elicits the knowledge, skills and resources you already have within you and challenges and encourages you to meet your potential.

Allies to be the best you can be

You and your coach develop an alliance to help you be the best that you can be, more confident and stronger. You design the agenda and a coach will work with you on any issue or concern you might have and goals you want to achieve.

As your coach I will help you:

  • Identify your real goals and aspirations, defined by you and not by others. These goals should be real, attainable and bring you joy to achieve.
  • Identify your own values, needs and vision as the basis for developing your goals.
  • Be more receptive to change by adjusting your behaviour, attitudes, beliefs and expectations to accommodate changing circumstances. Change cannot be taken in isolation, but rather it must be integrated into the whole of your life to align your identity, beliefs, values and capabilities.
  • Improve your learning and awareness and enhance your quality of life and satisfaction.

Working with me, you can expect me to:

  • Provide support and be a collaborative partner in your quest to improve yourself.
  • Be non-judgmental, honest, an active presence and engaged to help guide you to identify different strategies for reaching your goals.
  • Shape the transition to fulfil your needs and desires by listening and sometimes challenging you and encouraging you to use the internal resources you already have. Read more about why clients choose to work with me.
